

| Monday Night Same Sex Partner Dance Series Taught by Zoe Balfour June 2009 Learn a variety of dances in a fun and safe environment in a small group. A must to get you going on the dance floors of all those social dancing events that come your way so often. June 2009 will be 4 weeks of same-sex Intermediate Salsa followed by Beginning East Coast Swing . Sign up now and join the fun. Monday Classes: June 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd 6:30 - 7:30 pm Same sex intermediate class, four weeks of salsa. This is a friendly and fun beginning plus class that will take you through some great salsa moves. Come and learn in a supportive same sex group of dancers of all ages. This is a great place to take you farther in your salsa. No partner needed. Prerequisite is knowing the basic salsa steps, rhythm, and underarm turns. Cost: $15 drop in, $52 for 4 weeks. No refunds given for missed classes. ========================================================== 7:30 - 8:30 pm Same sex beginning East Coast Swing At the Auditorium downstairs East Coast Swing also known as Rock n Roll is a very fun and lively partner dance, we will look at lead follow and learn the basic step, underarm turns, and lots of fun patterns to take out on the dance floor. Lindy Charlston steps will be included. No partner or experience necessary. Supportive same-sex environment. Cost: $15 drop in, $52 for 4 weeks. No refunds given for missed classes. ========================================================== 8:30 - 9:30 pm New Trip the Light Fantastic Formation Team Current formation team preparing for and going to Copenhagen this coming year http://www.copenhagen2009.org/ at the end of July 09. The next formation team will start at the end of August and will be doing local competitions and going to the Gay Games in Cologne, Germany in 2010. Please pass this on to other interested people.
